Acupressure is a very old therapy. It is a technique of getting relief from ailments by exerting pressure on various acupressure points in the body.

The technique of acupressure

The disruption of blood circulation in any organ of the body or that in the nervous system is caused by an accumulation of waste matter or crystal, this is what is found on the soles of feet or palms of the hands.

You will learn precise point positioning. This is similar to water flowing from the tap if we press the mouth of the tap and then release the pressure. What happens is that the water comes out with great force and the filth lying in its way is washed away by the sheer force of flowing water.

Similar the blood circulates in our body through arteries, veins and capillaries, disease takes root in the body when some unwanted material starts accumulating in these ‘pipes’. When we press the acupressure point and release the pressure, the circulation of blood in the related organ speeds up and the unwanted matter accumulated there gets removed. To remove this waste matter or crystals, pressure is exerted on pressure points.

As this waste matter is removed, the body can ‘breathe’ again and regain its health. The human body operates by the power of life known as bio electricity. There are fourteen lines of this electricity flow which we know as meridians.

The acupressure points of this bio-electricity flowing through the body are there in both the hands and the feet, and to assist in unblocking the areas of concern we use foot or hand magnets.

You will receive a foot and hand map showing these exact points.

In total there are 7200 end points of muscles in the palms of the hands or soles of legs, the position of various acupressure points and how they are related to various organs and glands of the body is thoroughly explained in this amazing course.
