KIDNEY TEA USING HERBS WITH SPECIAL PREPARATION
Ingredients Horsetail, Stinging Nettle, Knot Grass and St Johns Wort.
The package we send to you will last 3 weeks, which is the intended treatment time.
How to make, Do this each morning, the amount made will last for the day.
- Place a teaspoon of the herbs into one half cup of hot water.
- Let steep for 10 mins.
- Strain out the tea leaves and set aside the liquid.
Now the second step
- Put the strained tea leaves you have taken from the first infusion into a glass or stainless steel pot, add another 250ml of hot water to this, then boil for 10 mins. Not longer. Put the timer on.
- After this strain and pour / mid the 2 infusions together. The tea is prepared this way as it contains five substances which must not be boiled away.
- There is a sixth substance that only dissolves after 10 minutes of boiling (silicic acid) which is achieved from the second step.
- in total you will have approximately 180ml of tea.
This tea is taken for three weeks.
How to take this kidney treatment
- One quarter cup (60 ml) taken cold, should be sipped on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
- Second cup also a quarter cup just before eating lunch.
- The last quarter cup at night before going to sleep.
- or put the tea into a glass drinking bottle and aim for 1/3 of this three times a day. It works hot, warm or cold.
All meat should be avoided during this 3 week kidney tea intake.
Recommended to take during every illness for 3 weeks, and is especially important before surgery and when suffering from infections and inflammations.
As a disease preventative, the kidney tea treatment can be taken three tor four times a year but allow intervals of at least 3 weeks in-between treatments.
