ADAPT TO TRAVEL

A restorative adaptogenic blend designed to help the body adjust to time zones, altitude, and environmental change. Often in travel, the body arrives, but the energy field lags behind. Adapt to Travel combines Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Astragalus, Ginseng, Cat’s Claw, Schisandra, and Lemon Balm.

Together, these herbs strengthen adrenal function, stabilize immune resilience, and calm the nervous system, allowing the traveler to remain centered and energized through movement and transition.

Physically, this formula was created to support adrenal strength, immunity, and emotional steadiness, while harmonizing the circadian rhythm disrupted by long flights and environmental change. It reminds the traveler that no matter how far they go, their center travels with them – grounded, adaptable, and aligned with the rhythm of the earth beneath every sky.

Take 1 capsules two to three times a day during traveling, while in your destination, and after returning home for 4 - 5 days.
