Carmen – Chi gong, and nutritionist – you will create a new alignment with foods to heal your body. Jenna Lymph drainage massage and Dorn Therapy spine alignment. Lara – Astrological Chart Reading and Karin Aromatherapy Deep Tissue Massage

Arrive on Sunday between 10am and 2pm – Settle into your accommodation. On arrival you will have a metaphysical reflexology session and a Sclerology reading with Lynn to enable the program to be made according to your needs. If your reflexology session picks up structural issues, a session will be booked with our Osteopath, this will entail you driving to George for this appointment.
3.30 pm Orientation – meeting your therapists and preparing your body for the program.
4pm Deep Breathing session followed by Chi gong with Carmen
6pm Silent meditation with a light supper with your new retreat friends and practitioners.

8.30 A up of Detox Herbal Tea then Breakfast with fruits and juices (made according to your reflexology session) Each person is given their unique program according to the sclerology and reflexology session, with herbal compounds custom made to your needs. When you depart on Saturday each person shall take home three Natural Solutions Herbal Supplements to continue the detox.
9.30 am Forensic session according to your metaphysical and sclerology reading.
11.am herbal tea and snack at the Soul Star.
12.30 am Lymph Drainage session given at the Soul Star
1.30 One hour break for lunch at the Soul Star
2.30 Meet Carmen and discuss your unique nutritional program this will be all retreat clients in a group.
4pm Dorn Therapy session at Soul Star
5pm Silent Meditation and Deep Relaxation Session
6pm Questions and Answers on the meaning Life.
7pm Supper and enjoy your evening.
