Rosemary is a potent antioxidant, antiseptic, and antispasmodic herb. It can be used internally and externally for ailments including nervous disorders and stomach bacteria. For cancer, it is very helpful with its strong antioxidant effects. Studies have shown that it can prevent cancer-causing chemicals from binding to and causing mutations in cellular DNA.
